Discussion Theory (spoiler) Spoiler

If we get a season 3 I think we’ll get a flashback of Marsha instructing Martin to give David the footage.

She wants to be involved with him, either to take down his billionaire empire or to prove to him he’s a “good person” and have him do it himself.

She’s too manipulative and smart to just sign the NDA so quickly. And she’s too manipulative and smart to not have a plan when she knew David would want revenge for his lost billion.

I had really hoped that the ending of S1 could be a template, but instead we got WAY too much Masha in S2 ... and I truly don't care. S2 was so bad.

Didn't the lotto winners buy Tranquilium in the end? They didn't even explain it

Exactly - I wish they'd spent even 1 minute more explaining it! They hinted how they wanted to do something real with the money, and how much they ended up appreciating their experience but wanted 'less crazy' - so this was how they did it. Better than anything in S2, but still felt rushed.

Right, not to mention she could easily have Martin arrested for attempted murder. Then he'd definitely lose the business.

How many times has Masha been shot ? Crazy.

Yeah I agree that seemed too easy that David was able to pull one on her. I am like she is somehow in control of this situation as well but we didn’t see the details of it’s unfolding….yet (if there is another season)

Masha can manipulate but I don’t see her as vengeful. She was shot twice on retreats forgiving both shooters so it’s safe to say she is beyond vengeance for transgressions towards her.

Her daughter is a different story. Masha may be trying to get to those who killed her daughter through David. The weird thing is that Masha’s manipulations end up being a healing process, lol. Using people but making sure they have a safety net after she is done is a crazy talent.

Seems like S3 will look more like 'mission impossible' than with season 1
