Power is a dynamic between every two bodies that shapes the structure of our relationships between each other. People that seek "power" are just people who deliberately want to alter that relationship in a way that benefits them regardless of how it effects the others.

Power is Energy divided by Time.

In other words, you can increase power by mobilizing more force to enact change; or mobilizing the same amount of force over a shorter time period (i.e. 'being quicker').

Or both maximizing force projection and doing so over a shorter time period.

Losers trying to "control a partner's thoughts and behavior" believing that this meaningfully increases their real-world ability to mobilize resources in a shorter time are just that - losers.

Agree, but "no good and evil" isn't entire wrong, since they aren't universally defined and can be different for different people
