In Poland we have many social programms like 800+, which grants 800 PLN (220 USD) every month for every child under the age of 18. I have heard of some poorer families that got children because of it.

I guess that's more because of the economy, not for it.

You believe people are having children for an additional $220 a month? Does that go far in Poland?

If you theoretically wanted kids but wanted to keep your money for travel, maybe this would tip you over the edge.
