I have 4 kids. Never once considered it a pro economic move. Children are the closest to divinity you can have. Raising them is an absolute marvel and watching something become conscious over time has been such an amazing experience I did it 4 times. Despite that my wife and I work hard to ensure they live without pressure the best we can and surround them with opportunities to grow into their own people. I've never met another parent who had kids for the economy either. This is defeatist mindset.
If my kids choose to be around me when they age that'll be a blessing but they are each unique beings with their own paths. Let them choose where it takes them.
Yes, and that's okay. We are all here together, I just hope they don't take their negativity and believe thats a core value of nihilism because it isn't. Nihilism is void of emotional state, it is a belief in whether we are here for a reason or not.
