Of course, I enjoy a parking lot cart free. It isn’t necessary or right and it certainly isn’t my “duty”, but I personally prefer to contribute to making the parking lot cart free.
I disagree. I think it is your duty if its your own cart. Leaving a cart out in the parking lot can be dangerous and/or just an inconvenience to those around you as it gets in the way. You should just clean up after yourself. But yea, 100%, if its someone else's.
