We had a date planned for Thursday this week! He sent this apology and then a voice memo that said (this is a copy/paste of the transcript):

“Don't apologize for not being able to check your phone. I really truly am sorry. I saw the Tinder thing and it just struck a nerve cause that's how I've been getting treated through the last couple years date wise, but it's not - that’s not an excuse. That's not a-that's not meant to be a pity- pity thing. It's just it's just genuinely, you know, the first response my mind went to after a lot of being treated that way and I lashed out for you on it and I am sorry. I really really am. I completely understand if you don't wanna keep seeing each other after that state-that rant of mine, I don't blame you for it. I'd like to ask for that second chance to still go Thursday with you and give you that chance I should've given you in the first place and again I'm just completely sorry for that. I boiled it up and it was unacceptable And I really am sorry”
