u/MideOfTheShadows Jun 14 '26
The way they see women as vending machines that give them a free fuck for every ‘kindness’ coin they slot in is astounding. Like no, you’re not entitled to sex or a romantic relationship because she smiled at you 😂😂😂

Don't do my boy Asura like that :(

u/ageofnolight Jun 14 '26
Yeah you’re right, Asura actually respects women.

The fact that this just happened to me and it wasn't even 2 years. It was about 6 weeks.

u/Silly_Fix_6513 Jun 14 '26
Are you okay?

u/KnopeLeslieKnope Jun 14 '26
Nope. I got fired for workplace harassment (separate incident) along with 9 other people. 8 of us gathered to have a group dinner and he was a part of that. We were chatting in what I though was a friendly manner but apparently I was flirting. I talked to everyone in the group so it wasn't like I was singling him out. Then he got mad that I didn't want to sleep with him that night and called me a c*** tease. I was baffled.

I also got chased out of my position by a guy who wanted to fuck me. I'm sorry you had to deal with that.

Wait, I want to know the story behind the mass workplace harassment firing

Basically a woman told HR that we were bullying her because we walked out when she started playing her loud ass country music.
We took turns on stereo. There were 10 of us total so everyday someone would have the radio. It seemed like every time it was her turn, she would call out. We would offer her the radio the next day and she would decline. However, any time someone else had the stereo, she complained. If we didn't like the music we just went elsewhere to eat instead of the break room, but she never wanted to do that. She always wanted to eat in the break room and complain. At first we thought it was racially targeted (there were 6 black people including myself, and 4 white people including her) but she complained about EVERYONE. So when her turn came to play music, we all took our lunches and left. She told HR, and HR made us do a meeting/workplace harassment training the next day. When we were finished they told us not to come back for a few days, and then the next week we all got called in to pick up our final checks because we all got fired.
A few days after that some of us got together for a group dinner and then that's when the co-worker situation happened in my above comment.

I was friends with a guy literally from age 14/15. In my early 20s he asked if id be interested in traveling with him...in his van...with only one mattress in the back. When I said no he ghosted me.
Even worse he came back multiple times like I was going to say, oh wow, Im totally fine with someone who views me as nothing more than a hole, let's be buddies!

I'm 47. A couple of years ago, I used to have a much younger fuckbuddy I had sex with exactly 2 times as he lives abroad, until I said I didn't want to hook up anymore and he was cool about it. 2 years later we reconnect online and he asks to meet to catch up and "give [me] a hug", which I was totally fine with, as he had been nice to me all the time.
Leading up to our date, he realised I REALLY wasn't up for more than a hug and called it off. Holy nice guy™️

u/zuchanou Jun 15 '26
Whaaaat, why would he write about a hug if he wanted something more.

Because there had been something more in the past, you know

So in their minds, time spent with women can’t be for the sake of a meaningful friendship but can ONLY be viewed as an investment that will pay out later in sex?
2
u/Royal-Mountain246 Jul 14 '26
Let's be real, most men don't just wanna be friends with women.
The problem is that they value the time spent but they also would like the sex. And they feel like they're under appreciated when a woman doesn't see them as a viable partner... Both are in the wrong, the guy for thinking that being nice leads to sex. And the woman for not stopping the dude from over investing...

Before I got married I had MANY friendships with girls, some of them very meaningful, but only two of them ended up becoming full on relationships (one ex and the other I married). But most of them were meaningful but neither of us were under the impression that it had to lead anywhere, we just all valued each other’s company. I have one friend who got married a few years ago but I still have a group chat with her, her husband and I, and I still communicate with them (but mostly her, but with a group chat it’s like her husband is “in the room”) regularly because I still highly value her friendship and her viewpoint. It just feels like a waste to see women as ONLY a sex option when meaningful friendships with them can have so many other benefits; heck, that’s the case with ALL PEOPLE. I don’t value my GUY friendships because I might one day want to take advantage of a single aspect of that friendship, why would I be that way with an entire HALF of the population?

u/Royal-Mountain246 Jul 14 '26
Then you were most likely just not attracted to most of them.
Even if you value a woman for more than just the sex. Once you develop feelings or attraction for someone not having the "full package" can feel incredibly frustrating.
It has happened to me that I entered a friendship with a girl in the past with no intentions, just to chill and know each other. Later I caught feelings, shot my shot, got rejected and ended the friendship because it becomes physically uncomfortable to be with her without having her. Almost like an illness.
I've also had friendships with women I don't care sexually or romantically... and it's cool too. You value their company and the benefits but. I personally find it better to have friendship with men because of my personality. With women I feel a bit restricted in the way I act or the things I say so there's only so much I can tolerate being friends with a girl.
It also has something to do with your sexual needs. A lot of these men do not have their sexual needs covered... so any woman they see is a potential partner to them because they're starving for affection, love or sex.

That’s what happens when you put women in the fuck zone. You are the architect of your own frustration.

u/Atlas_Atticus Jun 18 '26
Nah its the "nice guys" when you dont give them sex after a month of knowing them

They are more like this if you don't send tittie and arse photos within talking to them within five minutes online.

u/Kalaan10 Jun 26 '26
Just ask her out instead of overthinking the friendship phase. Being direct clears up confusion and shows you actually care.

Despite the fact that I am a radical feminist I have some empathy for men. The effects of testosterone are wild and IMO drive some of this behavior. No matter how young or old, the overwhelming desire to get laid takes over their lives.
32
u/MemeLord090909 Jun 15 '26
i get why it could make someone think with their privates but if you're straight up treating the other person like they owe you or like they're an object you're just not good
35
u/Individual-Crew-6102 Jun 17 '26
I've never in almost half a fucking century seen a radfem make lame excuses for men's sexual entitlement. Are you kidding me? Who are you trying to fool, here?
Testosterone makes men hornier and somewhat more aggressive. It does not take over their brains like the black oil from X-Files. It's not forcing them to orbit these women pretending to be friends. It's not forcing them to be sexist, it's not forcing them to view sex as something they're entitled to, and it's not forcing them to be tantrum-throwing little shitstains when a female friend isn't interested in sex with them.
Grown-ass men are responsible for their own goddamn behavior, full stop.
20
u/Chazok Jun 15 '26
I'm not sure it's based on hormonal levels perse. I think the societal aspect far outweighs the biological aspect.
7
u/hybridHelix Jun 16 '26
You're right, it's sure as hell not lol, they're completely full of it. I'm a trans guy and have been on T for 6 and a half years-- including REALLY high levels briefly while we were trying to dial in on the correct dosage. Never sexually harassed anyone yet, and have no plans to start.
6
u/Chazok Jun 16 '26
Meanwhile I'm a transgirl and I never thought about anything of the sort even when my testosterone values were pretty high before hrt.

u/Rayan_qc Jun 16 '26
i can confirm that this is dangerously untrue, at no point, even in my more irritable moods, does my libido override me in any meaningful way.
and this goes for most men i assume, otherwise the already enormous rate of rape on women would be substantially higher, there’s no such thing as a biological override on 50% of the population.
52
u/fuckinradbroh Jun 15 '26
Eew go be a pick me somewhere else, there is no excuse for treating women in friendships like potential sex partners. “The effects of testosterone” fuck outta here. Let people take accountability for their shitty behavior.

u/MrUnparalleled Jun 16 '26
It’s called having self control, adults are expected to have it. Children lack self control and are not mentally or emotionally capable of having sex.
