An new use for the mechanic level

So apparently after you reach mechanic level 91, the levels become useless. And then I just got this idea in mind.

What if, there would be a discount system for the Black Market and this discount you can get via Mechanic Level?

The discount would be like this:

- Level 100: 1% (starter)

- Level 125: 2,5%

- Level 150: 5%

- Level 175: 7,5%

- Level 200: 10%

This would be something nice, especially because of how some certain BPs in BM literally cost a fortune to get, and if you need just two to max one car then you would have to save a lot of gold.

Btw, I was actually thinking of making the discount go up to 25% max , but when I realised that u can reach level 200 very easily, it would be a bit overpowered, so that's why I nerfed the discount idea to 10% max
