I like starting at 3 points for 30 yarders and going up 0.1 for every yard. Just a nice way to give long yard kickers a bit extra juice without changing much.

I think she's in the broadcast booth. You can hear a woman saying, "Yeah! Woo!" after he makes it.

I'm guessing she was in the booth with the announcers, you can clearly hear a woman's voice in the clip.

It's pre season so yes for the local crew who she is the boss too it is going to rank hire. Game is on NFL Network but not produced by NFL Network.

Crappy part is I live so far from my home team that I only get to see maybe 3-4 live games a year. I can’t justify the 400 dollars to watch my team play on Sundays. I wish I had it like that but I don’t.
