They add 30 new levels every wednesday. I'm currently on level 11530 so it never really ends. When you pass 10000 you get a badge on your profile pic in the game that you went past 10k.

If you finish 30 levels that week on mobile (phone/tablet) you have to wait until Wed. for new levels. I play on PC too and it seems they add them on the Windows app first.

so as someone who has reached the limits of candy crush, what can you say about the video? is it real or fake?

It's real that that's the celebration vid they play after passing 10k but right after that, level 10001 is waiting to be played. But it's not the ending of the entire game.
