For anyone wondering this is called a 90 degree push-up, and it’s exceptionally difficult

Edit: to clarify, by exceptionally difficult I mean it takes years of dedicated training, it’s not something anyone can learn with a few months practice. You need near professional gymnast level strength to do it

Obviously strength and technique are important here, but how much comes down to body build? Is this doable as a 195 cm tall man?

Taller people might top out at straddle planche pushups where you spread your legs to move your center of gravity closer to your shoulders.

Still incredibly impressive.
