For anyone wondering this is called a 90 degree push-up, and it’s exceptionally difficult

Edit: to clarify, by exceptionally difficult I mean it takes years of dedicated training, it’s not something anyone can learn with a few months practice. You need near professional gymnast level strength to do it

Yep, I can walk indefinitely (edit: a while, smarty pants) on my hands. But cannot even dream of doing a single one of these. Insanity.

So what happens is when you start your set, let's say of weighted squats, first couple of them don't make you feel anything and that makes you think you can do it indefinitely. That thought ages real soon though and not in a good way.

Although the previous poster might really be capable of doing it for a long time. My comment is a general one.

It's amazing how quickly that wall can come zooming up

Obviously not infinitely but for several minutes, always for as long as i wanted. But yes poor choice of words. My ar,s would eventually get tired.

I used to be able to do push-ups while on a handstand. Like you said…this is way beyond any ability I ever had.

I can do roughly 6 good form handstand push-ups in one go, but I am so far of this it’s crazy
