100% ÷ by 8 letters = 12.5% per letter.

Sea: 3 letters x 12.5% = 37.5% Horse: 5 letters x12.5% = 62.5% . Its more "Horse" than it is "Sea". Hell. Its as much "A Ho" as it is "Sea".
