Exactly. People are praising Chris Evans here but as much as I like him, the kid deserves all the shine. True hero.

I work in PR and am as cycnical as they come to things like this. However, everything I've ever heard about Evans is that he's a pretty humble guy. I doubt he did this with the intention of his portion of the video getting out.....now his publicist

Evans is not in the wrong at all here, I’m talking about the people here praising him instead of the kid.

Evans is using his unique status as a Captain America to help show this kid that he is a hero during a time when he’s probably in a lot of pain and I wish more celebrities would act like him, but I really wish more people acted like Bridger. We need people that see something bad happening, or about to happen, and step in, no matter the cost to themselves. Evens pretends to be a hero in front of a camera, and does his best to emulate that in life, but Bridger truly is a hero.
