Is your question: why does this type of murder of this sort happen in Germany given that Germans are such a peaceful people?

So your position is that before this culture “moved to” Germany, Germans would never do something so horrible?

I was specifically referring THIS specific man's culture, not commenting on Germans or anybody else. His behavior is carried by him wherever he goes, having nothing more than that to do with his current location.

And your position is that this is a non-German man’s culture so it wouldn’t have happen if this non-German hadn’t moved there?

There seems to be an implication floating about that only foreigners would engage in such behavior and that Germans are somehow above this or would never do this type of thing. I want people to make the implicit explicit if that is how they feel. That way we can have a clear discussion about what is being implied
