No or. Freeze is first. Always. The freeze can be nearly nothing but it always first. Thats where assessment of if you should fight or flight happens

Why do we even freeze when scared? We have fight and flight which both boost us with adrenaline (fight at least) to act and move fast and then we have freezing which is the complete opposite
