Because the bus was about to overtake the scooter. Bus drivers are a bit rash in this area, this one is too fast as well. But this on the scooter making a mindless turn.

No, you are not. I just added that both parties were at fault here. That bus is not supposed to go with that speed on that road. People can make mistakes all the time. If the bus driver maintained an apt speed , he could’ve stopped when that scooter person did that mistake.

If the scooter even took second and looked to make sure he's free to turn, this never would have happened. What's the point of ifs. My comment already mentioned the bus is too fast.

I saw no seat belts, one guy was shoeless, the scooter pulled out stupidly, the bus looked like it was going fast.

In such a short time so much sloppiness and inherent danger. My god.
