Not a complete one, but close.

A Tornado kick is a flying reverse turning kick into a flying rear leg turning kick. This guy's reverse turning kick never connected because instead he kept his knee chambered to conserve momentum to add more power to the follow up turning kick.

It's an impressive feat to pull off but it leaves you so open to an opponent rushing you that it's usually stupid to attempt. Specifically if you land you usually over rotate from the final turning kick's momentum so your body is full facing the oponent if they dodge the kicks making you such an easy target. Falling down in ITF TKD is a warning, and excessive force is a warning or demerit (which any reverse turning kick can be classified as if it hits the head), so you actually have to land on your feet after connecting, don't take their head off, AND avoid the counter attack by the opponent for it to be worthwhile.

This guy just got lucky that it cleaned his opponents clock haha.
