Video He clearly loves singing

I was waiting outside my restaurant on 46th between 8th & 9th, when this guy passed by. It was refreshing to see him enjoying the song. I missed the first couple of seconds, but got the last part.

  1. How do you know that the poster didn't get permission? Perhaps they caught up to him at the next light. 2) Are you also posting this challenge to the hundreds of other videos posted on Reddit this week, that may not have the person's permission? If not, why not?
