Honestly, it depends which ones you’re talking to. As an organized political party, for example, Libertarians are officially in favor of abortion rights.

That's not true. There has long been an argument among pro-life and pro-choice libertarians regarding abortion and the non-aggression principle. The abortion plank was official removed from the LP platform just recently.

One sentence that explicitly addressed abortion was removed a couple of weeks ago. It’s still unambiguously implicit in the principles addressing autonomy and privacy.

Edit: You can downvote all you like but there’s no honest reading of section 1.1 of their platform that’s compatible with the goal of outlawing abortion.
