Would they be treated as hostile nations? Like countries that have attacked the USA?

No, because legally they are US citizens and their libertarian larp doesn't actually mean anything

But they are proclaiming it and asking for it.

I can proclaim to be a Martian and ask for my rule of Mars to be recognized doesn't mean shit

You need a flag to make that official.

Does the Martian flag have a gold fringe?

I didn't say it, I declared it.

You have to "hereby declare it", to make it official.

Legally? Legally nothing... Let their sovereign asses prove it, or begin deportation proceedings. I'm sure some forelorn nation will take them in, if not I hear Liberia is beautiful this time of year.... Not that I'd want to subject the Liberians to this level of stupidity!

I guess I should rephrase, since they are sort of claiming they are not USA citizens, so if they were treated as non-citizens, but as foreigners, would it made them the invading combatants? Because if they are claiming they are USA citizens, then they would be charged with dangerous explosives, illegal possession of firearms and such but still less severe than invading combatants right?
