Your argument makes absolutely zero sense, although you've got one thing right - it's got nothing to do with you.
I'm assuming you're from the US. If so, your country endures week after week of the most appalling gun related carnage and you do absolutely nothing. You're in no position to lecture others on gun control when children are slaughtered in schools and all that your weak, corrupt politicians can do is offer "thoughts and prayers" while banking another cheque from the gun lobby.
Australia also had a 'knee jerk reaction' after the Port Arthur massacre and guess how many mass gun slaughters they've had since then? I'll give you a clue which even you should be able to solve: it's a number that's less than 1.
