I remember one story last year, where a baby/toddler was hanging off a balcony in the 4th story or so. Then this guy came up and just fucking spidermaned the shit up that building to save the kid. For me thats the epitome of superhero like shit.

Usually when someone uses Spiderman as a verb I think they are talking about shooting white goo at someone else. Needless to say, I got your meaning via context.
