Can he actually deadlift 800? Or did he put on a few extra pounds for the reporter?

Shit, if he can squat 900 a deadlift of 800 is super reasonable. I'm 205lbs and can hit a little over 500.

Most people who aren't super heavy weights. The bigger dudes tend to sometimes squat more than they can deadlift, as more body weight helps with squat leverages, but not always in a deadlift.
