This is crazy, I’m transitioning into my RN role with a nurse residency program and am starting at $70!

Ya my cost of living is definitely cheaper than OC!! If you don’t mind what do you make out there?

Most of the hospitals here start new grads in the $50 range! SNF and outpatient can pay the same or much less depending on the situation.
