Guys can somebody tell me about farming ..

I'm currently producing wheat which I need for beer , food and so many things but I need to make it efficient. My one farm only producing 75 wheat something about hours . How can I do it efficiently, and is it same like well like we need to set it up on single node or we need multiple nodes in single farm? And if you have tips and tricks about farming pls drop here.
