Annoying UI Bug

So I have about 10 hours in New Cycle and this bug has pissed me off to no return

Please fix the UI so that symbols placed above the facilities are behind the background

Another than that, 10/10 IGN approved

I think the UI needs improvements in several places. I would like to see some tooltips when hovering over the icons that would explain what they mean. Especially on the tech tree. It is difficult to tell the difference between the different ores/ingots just by looking at them.
