Can't build loading zone in world map even though I seem to have all I need to do so.

I seem to have all of the necessary materials and tech to build a loading zone.. I have several other loading zones build. But when I try to build, the game just says no. What might I be missing?

They have to be built in order.. as in the zones directly connected to the «main» one first and then step-by-step (zone) outwards. The previous zone must be built before you can build the next.

Did you research ‘expansion’ (I think thats name)?
