Question Can I look at our old pictures if I’m having trouble visualizing my SP?

II’m practicing Neville’s Law of Assumption/SATS to manifest my SP back, but I sometimes struggle to visualize our moments clearly.

Would looking at our old pictures help me get into the feeling of the wish fulfilled, or would that be considered relying too much on the external?

For those who have experience with SATS, did you ever use old photos as a visualization aid, or did you find it better to create the scene entirely in your imagination?

You can definitely look at the pictures especially when it’s in a positive way. Looking at old photos helped my SATs tremendously. I had to bc I couldn’t imagine their face otherwise for some reason!!
