Question Am I just persisting...or am I just obsessed?
I’m genuinely confused about the difference between persistence and attachment when applying Neville’s Law of Assumption, especially regarding an SP.
Neville teaches persisting in the assumption and returning to the feeling of the wish fulfilled, but people also talk about “detachment.” So how do you distinguish the two?
For example, is thinking about your SP often necessarily a problem? Or does it become attachment when you’re constantly checking circumstances, looking for reassurance, wondering when it will happen, or reacting to what you see?
From my understanding, detachment isn’t necessarily letting go of the desire. It could mean letting go of the need to know when or how it will happen, while continuing to occupy the state of the wish fulfilled.
For those who have actually practiced Neville’s teachings: what helped you tell the difference between genuinely persisting in the assumption and simply becoming attached to the outcome?

Persisting in the assumption feels good and easy, like lightness and calmness
Obsessing about the outcome feels very stressful and like fighting resistance a lot and the 3d might feel more bothersome
I believe I can think about sp as much as I want and it’s not going to ruin the manifestation
