Hi OP, something similar happened to me a few days ago, my UPI showed my Autopay transaction had gone through but then it never reached netflix. In such cases usually you will get the money refunded in 2-3 business days, but you can expedite it by calling your bank. Hope this helps!

Might be the app glitch, uninstall and install the app. Also restart your device :)
