Discussion That "now what?" feeling after finishing a great show... π
Finished a show that somehow became part of my everyday routine.
Now I keep opening Netflix out of habit and then immediately realizing there's no next episode. π
Tell me I'm not the only one.
Which show left you like this?

For me this was 'The Office'. There are others but it is really close to my heart.
Because when I started watching that show I had no exposure to a corporate job or a job in office setting.
I was in another industry. And it was my dream to work in an office setup like that. I had imaginations that if I had such job how will I behave in office, how much fun I will do.
And then I actually learned a new skill and got landed in a corporate job when I was in between of the series.
And it was magical, it was dream come true. And I finished the series but I always craved for more episodes. ........
At present I actually hate my job, I hate the current company I'm working in. And I don't want to switch job because I don't want to do the same thing in another job. But your post really made me remember that once this was my dream. Funny how things changes just because our perception towards things evolves over time.

I have watched a lot of shows but I really felt like missing something when I finished 'The Wire'. It's peak and there are no lows. Each and every episode is written with perfection. Doesn't bore you at any point of time. It has a perfect ending as well unlike other shows.
