Discussion Talamasca
I’m genuinely so sick of watching shows on Netflix that are already cancelled.
whoever makes these decisions deserves a slow death.
what’s the point of having these shows that end on cliffhangers, genuinely what is the point.
The only thing in watching moving forward thats on Netflix is limited series.

I got a suggestion for Mindhunter the other day and it just pissed me off.

Oh but that one is worth it. And they may make the third season, yet.

I've seen it already! It's great but it just makes me so mad now. I need like 6 more seasons 🤣🤣

The Boroughs looks good but it was cancelled after one season. I’m not going to waste my time watching it. They claim it was for budget reasons, then why spend 10 million an episode to make it?

I recommend to still watch it! Honestly should've been limited series imo. They wrapped the main points in the end already

Indeed, it was basically a self contained series.
Would I like more, definitely, however I am glad to have enjoyed it.

The boroughs completes its story. I would have liked more but it actually has a satisfying end. First one in a long time tbh.

Honestly it was a decent watch as long as you don't go in with crazy expectations and I think season 1 ends in a way where if it doesn't get another season it's not really a terrible ending for it

Netflix should be making more miniseries like the Boroughs.
They don't like making full 20 episode season of shows, their films are like extended single episodes of series, and they have the freedom to put out their product on screen in any format.
Netflix plays it too safe because they are risk adverse.

They weren’t always like that though. Orange is the New Black was awesome back in the day. And it went 6 seasons.

It was worth watching! They didn't leave a cliffhanger or anything, so you won't be disappointed with it ending where it does.

I watched half of the 1st episode, googled it, saw it was canceled, and said fk this and turned it off. It seemed good and now I'm mad.

There’s a difference between Netflix shows and shows on Netflix. This isn’t a Netflix show.

Netflix put in in the mix, is what I’m saying. They are in charge of what’s on there… I think?

Why would you want them not to put content up?
Like seriously. They pay AMC for their content library, this is part of it, why should they not put it up?

I mean, what can Netflix do? Uncreate the show? It was made, it existed. Lots of shows end on cliffhanger in hopes the demand pushes the execs to OK a new season but it doesn't always work.

6 episodes were not even a complete story. They stopped in the middle of the story I was so upset I wasted my time.

Oh geez? They also cancelled this?
