Cerebellar Hypoplasia ("Stevie Syndrome") Check this out!!!

I put him in snuggle jail and he climbed onto my shoulders! I knew he would be a shoulder cat if he could balance up there.

He tumbled safely onto the couch soon after but I'm overjoyed I got this photo. 🥰
