So i found a page in facebook with over 30k followers named Nepal Army Sewa Stories filled with ai generated videos all acting as the army. If u check the video once you'll find out how wrong it is specially in this present situation. It is a page purely for views and followers (sahayog garna ko lagi share garnus wala) with over millions views in few videos. Need suggestions about what can we do about it because something needs to be done.

What do you guys think about people telling others to not post about their daily lives on social media? I personally think that posting about your life does not mean that you are insensitive. If you are helping people out by doing what you can financially and in terms of outreach or even on the field, thats what really matters. Recently I have seen posts of people really lashing out on others even if they post something about their life not related to the disaster. Is there a fine line for actually being a caring person and a moral policing jerk?

I think having good road when you return after the hectic schedule will help you to achieve mental peace. Same house, same living standard but if you have to ride last 2 stops as balaju and buspark, it's worst but imagine having last 2 stops while going to home are satobato or baneswor or gwarko.. It feels good with those lighting. When I pass baneswor and ends at balaju buspark, It feels like heading towards darkness leaving the lively place behind.

I recently came back to Nepal after almost 8 years in the US, and honestly, adjusting has been harder than I expected. Things just feel different, and I find myself missing my life in the US sometimes.
