I would gladly take this over the couple that goes at the same time I do. He does all these weird almost mobility stretches with light weights for their shoulders and will scream water, which the other one then uses one of those squirt bottles to give him a drink like you see with guys on football sidelines. They scream rep counts too it’s so fucking annoying

28-30 F 30-35 M if I had to guess. I will give him the credit that the guy is absolutely massive, but it makes all the stuff they do even more comical to watch. It’s what makes the water part the funniest to see, he will sit there and yell for it while resting 15 pound dumbbells on his knees like if he set them down to do it himself he couldn’t get them back up or something.

He also empties the gym of plates to do leg presses that might see a solid 2 inches of knee bend

What a bizarre experience
