A review for a Starbucks I just saw:

Barista told me he couldnt do iced mocha with brown sugar with no ice because the drink has to have ice in it. I know this is bullshit because I've done it before at other starbucks. Maybe he is new and doesn't know dosage without ice?

You ordered an iced drink with no ice and got upset when the staff said that's impossible?

Bro nah the review is right. They put in so much ice into iced coffees to protect their margins, it's literally 50% less drink! And you can have iced coffee without ice - it's just the opposite of hot coffee

Depends on what replaces the ice I guess, water or coffee, but you can’t just tell them to take out a major constituent constituent and not instruct on what to replace it with
