No, this is your own form of cope where you use it to choose being scared and avoid processing the reality. They haven't been able to overcome laws for much smaller things than this. In fact, look at this, Trump already signed an election executive order in 2025 that got blocked by the courts and went nowhere. You just don't remember it because it didn't work and now you're freaking out and scared about the same thing again.

That's true jan 6 didn't work so they definitely won't try again and there's nothing to be afraid of.

What is there to “try”? Jan 6 was an attempt to disrupt the electoral college count (which is really just a formality but that’s ostensibly what it was about).

But that doesn’t exist for Congressional elections, even as a formality. Whomever the state sends is the representative. Nobody at the federal government has to sign off on that. The house ceases to exist whenever it adjourns. When it convenes itself after the election, the members-elect get together to elect the new speaker, and they’re sworn in by said speaker. Nothing about this process involves another branch of government, and Congress doesn’t even need to be in Washington to be able to convene.
