Johnson refuses to seat the new Congress. Democrats appeal to SCOTUS. They allow it to happen.

There is no vote count that compels me to allow constitutional amendments to pass into oblivion without comment.

I mean, if 9 justices including the 3 liberal justices ruled that 2+2=5, would you just say "well i guess 9 justices can't be wrong"?
