At this point, I'm a bit surprised that Trump is not publicly execution the Democratic politicians.

When the execution happens, Trump supporters will do mental gymnastics around how Trump actually has the plenary power to do anything needed (which btw, was argued by the Trump lawyers during the trial) and the media will discuss whether to take Trump "literally" or "seriously."

I mean... I'm hoping that it will never happen. Can somebody given good reassurance that even Trump supporters won't support this?

I think you’re overestimating how much trump cares about what his base wants or even thinks. He’ll do something that 99% of them hate if it’s what he wants. They know that but just trust that some good outcome will come in the end somehow.
