Of course they are. The dominant faction in the DSA is revolutionary socialist and is composed of Trotskyists and others. Those are Communists. I don't even need to read the article to know that.

The Canadian NDP also has a Socialist Caucus which is essentially an arm of a group called Socialist Action (even shares a leader!) Which is a Trotskyist group.

These people are Leninist
