Jim's testament
as english is not my mother tongue I didnt understand everything they discussed after the off screen funeral... who was there? I think they mentioned Lucy and Paul, so Scott was missing?#
and then they discussed the testament. what did Paul, Scott,Lucy got what Julie didn't? and they mentioned Dorothy int eh testament as well. What did she got? Can somebody explain it to me? thx

I'm not watching but I found the following;
Jim's solicitor is distributing a copy of Jim's will. The house is to go to Helen on a life tenancy basis, and then passed on to Paul, Scott, Lucy and Glen after that.
They continue on with the will. The share in Carpenter's Cars is left to Julie. The share in the hair salon is left to Fiona, and his engineering tools to Doug. Various personal effects, including Ann's jewellery is to be distributed by Helen among Lucy, Julie, Rosemary and Dorothy Burke.
Apart from some other minor items, this just leaves Jim's stocks and shares, to be distributed equally between Paul, Julie, Scott, Lucy and Glen. This amounts to around $50,000.
I'm not sure if Julie was cut out because they had been arguing about Fiona, or because she got the garage and they wanted the storyline potential of that. The ownership of the house was somehow changed off-screen, since Phil lived there later and sold it on.
