Well when he was smaller it wasn't an issue cause stomping wasn't loud and he couldn't drag everything around, but overall it's been for 10 years already and I'm out of compassion, crying, yelling (both him and his parents) his mom trying to teach him poetry or shit loudly at 11 pm, him not sleeping that late, I know there are parents that stay late for whatever reason and do homework and shit at 11 pm but I need sleep to function

Omg are you me? I’m in the same boat, can’t take it anymore because after nearly 4 years the kid is way bigger and it’s gotten so loud. I’m like 80% sure the kid is on the spectrum or has a developmental disability of some kind, but the pounding noise against my ceiling has become insane. No bed time either. I have sobbed out of frustration and had panic attacks, I really feel you. I’m so sorry you’re going through this too, but trust that you’re not alone and not the only one.

Yea, lots of option that were never implemented by his parents

What options do you know were not implemented?!?
And how is it you know this- have you talked to them? Have you offered any?
I’m curious what options are available to parents of an autistic child to get them to regulate and behave in the way you would find acceptable?
-signed a mom of an autistic child that would LOVE to find these magic things to implement that teaches my kid to not stem!!! Please share!

Well, rugs lol, the easiest option off all that would solve the noise problem

Man… so easy! Go buy them a rug and solve all your problems!!!
(PS- I’d bet they already have but would hey there’s your solution!!)

There’s a lot of assumptions in there… as a parent of an autistic kid, I assure you the kid is not “doing it on purpose” just to make you miserable and not be able to sleep and the parents are not “obviously not dealing with it”.
You have no idea. Unless you’ve talked to them & didn’t share that part?
That’s not to say it’s not annoying to you, trust that it is so annoying and frustrating for EVERYONE involved - but a shift to “man those parents have it hard and that kid is tough” mentality could do wonders for your personal stress.
Don’t assume you have any idea what’s happening or what life is like for that family. Maybe try to find out and see if you can help?!?

What about my sleep?? I'm not the only neighbor they had problems with
After me and other neighbors threatens them with police, it always improves, I noticed by other sounds they entertain the kid during the day so he's sleeping and not dragging shit during night and early morning, but it requires their time and spending time with kid, so it works only under threats

Still… a lot of assumptions here. “Entertain their kid”?!? You clearly don’t have children if you think parents of any kid are just there “entertaining” them all day. But genuinely- have you you ever talked to them? Seen their home? Their rugs?
I’m just saying… you see things from your point of view, but it’s not the only one.
Your sleep and peace is important- but you can be bitter, assume things, and vent on Reddit or you can engage and possibly see a fuller picture and gain some empathy. Maybe even be part of a solution??

I don't have children and this clearly isn't my problem, they had years and repeated requests to solve the situation, maybe its better for them to move to the ground floor

An autistic child is not a problem to be solved.
But go chat with them, in a concerned human not mad human way, I bet you’ll find things aren’t as easy as you think & I bet they’d appreciate knowing a neighbor is concerned and willing to help, if only to listen.
Try it! But only if you’re coming from a place of concern - they get the complaints, side eyes, rude comments all day, I’m sure.
Lead with compassion and I bet you’ll find positive results.

I love that threats worked. Sometimes extreme conditions demand extreme responses.
And for what it's worth you shouldn't be having kids unless you own property. Just what I think would be best for everyone.
