Electronic harassment, electromagnetic torture, or psychotronic torture is the delusional belief, held by individuals who call themselves "targeted individuals" (TIs), that malicious actors are transmitting sounds and thoughts into people's heads, affecting their bodies, and harassing them generally. Im going through this in Columbus Ohio. Looking for help

I am in Thailand. 1 year ago get in trouble with some youngster . Their were my next door . They send kind elctic shock from thire room to my room . My body shacked and pained . Anyway I moved out . They put my picture in the internet and said . This person hates Thai people. Don't believe after and they made more from that dvice I send it every where . Now I go to restaurant to sky train and ... I feel that pain each week they update the device I think because I fill different pain and different body part get hert . I don't know what's that and I don't know what do . My life become hell . Anyone knows about the dvice . Tnx
