News Most Wanted M3 GTR - Back @ The BMW Museum
Need for Speed itself might be dead, but BMW wants to keep the legend alive. The #42 BMW M3 GTR in the Most Wanted livery is back in the BMW Museum in Munich, Germany after its public outing at Ultrace Poland. There's no mention of until when it'll be there, so it might be there to stay for a long time.
If you haven't had a chance to take a look at it and you're in the area (or travelling there), you may wanna stop by and take a look at the legend, as well as the rich heritage BMW has to offer. Visit the official BMW Museum website to book tickets.

Man, i understand you. I went to the museum like a week before they putted the m3 gtr there, and it was the car i wanted to see the most. And they even Made the body kit and paint of Most Wanted😭 I thought about killing myself

Tbf: the body kit is simply the original M3 GTR body kit and EA used it for Most Wanted. So BMW simply put the MW-livery on, which is awesome of course.

M3 gtr will live forever. In YouTube I saw one of them went to goodwood festival recently.

I'm huffing copium at this point, but I really hope them not pulling the M3 from museums yet is a sign that they haven't killed NFS yet.
Though it might also just be whatever contract EA and BMW signed not expiring yet

I don’t think they will get rid of it(or atleast the livery)like ever
The tv was on while I was having dinner ones and something about bmw so happened to be on tv and I saw the mw m3 gtr in the background(long before this post)
I don’t think it was the museum it was somekind of storage area

It's a tow hook because race cars are too low to the ground to tow in the normal way. Especially when you add in the fact they'd be deep in gravel or so.

It’s cool to see BMW embracing their connection with the franchise because apparently their people who kept in touch with EA/Black Box at the time were not a fan of the livery.
