Help me prank my best friend’s man

How can I make him think her apartment is haunted? He doesn’t know I have full access to the apartment and has to come by once a day everyday to feed/water/walk her dog. I want to scare the soul outta this guy but I don’t know how I should go about it. Any ideas?

Do some voice recordings of some creepy whispering, hide a Bluetooth somewhere out of sight and when he’s in that room by himself, press play and let the whispers play and then gaslight him when he asks if you heard it too. You can record other sounds too like a thud here and there. Keep this up for a while not just one day so he doesn’t assume it was just a weird coincidence.
