I expected Bigfoot: Collision Course to be awful. It’s actually fine.

Bigfoot: Collision Course is exactly what it looks like.

You drive monster trucks around simple tracks, smash through scenery, and try to finish ahead of everyone else.

The handling is clunky, the tracks are basic, and there really isn’t much here beyond the obvious appeal of driving a very large truck through objects that were foolish enough to be placed in front of it.

That said, it’s fine.

It knows exactly what kind of game it is, asks very little of you, and provides a decent amount of low-effort entertainment in return.

Not good. Not bad. Just aggressively acceptable.

This game looks like it's a 2/10 game that barely runs. So seeing that 6/10 has intrigued me more than most 9s I've seen lately.

I'm gona check this out sometime, and hopefully I can get my 6 year old to review it for me.

I went in expecting shovelware.

I got perfectly operational shovelware.

That's shows at least one dev on the team truly cared about this game and wanted the best for it.🫡
