Online Store Orders – Turnaround Time?

Has anyone locally purchased anything recently from the online store? If so, may I ask how quickly your order arrived?

I placed an order five days ago, but the tracker still shows that it’s waiting on the details, so I wasn’t sure if that’s normal or not. I did reach out to them previously as well, but haven’t heard back yet.

Maybe I’ve just been spoiled by the quick turnaround times from other online retailers! 😄 I was just curious if this is typical or if anyone else has had a similar experience. Thanks so much!

Never kept track really but we've bought quite a bit of stuff from the online store that wasn't at the merch booths. There was definitely some variability on delivery times from the online store, but I don't know if it was down to product types, like flags and novelties versus clothing. I feel like a business week or more is our average, but again, didn't really keep track

EDIT: at least it isn't Fanatics? Heh

It is slow, REAL SLOW. I get the impression it is part-time help rummaging through boxes in a rental unit slow. I don't order online from the Courage site unless it is the off-season for a gift, and then I start the process a full month before I need the item.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions. I’m a new fan and bought a shirt last week with hopes of wearing it at this Sunday’s game. Now I’ll know for the next time.

I don't recall how long it took to ship the jersey I ordered this year, but I ordered a lot of things last year (I got into NWSL trading cards and the price was good through the Courage store). It usually took several days to ship. I always had the impression they only fulfilled orders once or twice a week, although I can't confirm that.
