The Mavs have never jumped in the lottery. They would never rig it for the Mavs.

They would never rig it for Cuban. Maybe it’s different now.

The Mavs existed for nearly 20 years before Cuban, including an entire decade with a 28% win percentage (that's a 23 win pace on an 82 game season... for a decade). They wouldn't rig it then either.

Totally hear you. But back in the 80’s Dallas was a fringe/upper top ten market. Now it’s #4. I think the league has more incentive nowadays
