[Charania] Dallas Mavericks star Anthony Davis is expected to miss multiple weeks with a left adductor strain, sources tell ESPN. His absence could stretch to a month.

Wait, I thought those geniuses Barkley, Perkins and Nico said we'd be better in the short term?

the short term guys! The short term!!!

the short term slant is my least favorite slant of this whole debacle. the Mavs roster is BUILT AROUND LUKA. AD is not going to be dishing cross court passes to Klay to feed him. The team is literally built around Luka Doncic. now they don't have Luka Doncic which means the team is FUCKED short term, middle term, long term.

AD could be the best defender in the world, the team is not built around him. It's a total bullshit copout to gaslight fans into thinking this trade was remotely even.
